Flipping machine is suitable for the H steel welding production line, workpiece turnover process. It is an important equipment to form the welding production line of H steel, and it is also a necessary equipment to improve the automation degree of the production line. It can also be used in the turning process of H steel or box beam outside the production line.
Transmission Principle and Structure Characteristics of Flip Machine
1. Transmission principle
The flip machine consists of two machine bases and four columns, each of which is driven directly by a reducer. The upper pulley is the position that changes the movement direction of the chain and the chain extends and retracts; the lower two guide wheels are used to increase the angle of the chain on the sprocket so that the sprocket can transfer power to the chain more effectively; the lower one is a slide wheel, which is used to change the position of the equal weight block on the chain. The upper part of the column is provided with a swing arm and its weight hammer device. Its main function: when the workpiece needs to be turned over, the swing arm is placed at an angle, when the swing arm is not needed to be turned over, the swing arm is raised, the chain is opened, and the workpiece is easy to be transported back and forth. Four separate systems form a whole, composed of different combinations of the rotation directions of each active sprocket, which makes the workpiece rise, fall, flip and reset of the chain.

Two underframes, four columns, four swing arms, four cycloidal gear reducer and its transmission device, weight driven, electrical system, etc.
Description of the use of the flip machine
When the workpiece is not hoisted, the swing arm is lifted because of the role of the heavy hammer, and the two chains are far away from the center of the workpiece; when the workpiece is hoisted, the swing arm is placed down at an angle because of the different section and weight of the workpiece. There are four states of action:
1、the workpiece rises, both ends of the chain are required to rise at the same time.
2、the workpiece is flipped, one end of the chain is required to rise and one end to fall.
3、the workpiece drops, the two ends of the chain are required to drop simultaneously.
4、the workpiece is reset, the chain action is required to be opposite to 2.
Visual chain marking is in the middle position, reset is complete.
Note: Apply yellow paint to the middle of each chain and red paint to mark 2 M from the middle for visual inspection.
5、When a sprocket is needed to rotate, the chain position can be adjusted by opening and stopping alone or turning a sprocket forward and backward.
6、In order to avoid forgetting the mark in the middle of the visual chain and causing the machine to break between the sprockets, a stroke switch is set up on the column. When the equal weight block touches the stroke switch, the main motor cuts off the power supply to ensure safety. When the equal weight block touches the stroke switch, the cable insulation and connection condition can be paid more attention to. If damage and joint loosening are found, it must be insulated and tightened in order to avoid short circuit or electric shock.
